South African Deputy Trade Minister Gives Geneva Lecture on Global Economic Governance

On Monday 2 March, Dr Rob Davies, Deputy Trade Minister of South Africa, argued for reclaiming the development dimension of the multilateral trade negotations and offered several recommendations for improving the governance of the WTO to enhance the participation of developing countries.
